SHIPPING:

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground and we can ship to the 50 Unites States only. Faster Shipping Services such as Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Shipping are available at higher rates. Non personalized orders may ship directly from the manufacturer or from the Invitation Shack facility in South Carolina. Customized or Personalized Orders ship from South Carolina. Production time is typically two to five business days after the proof is approved. Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping location and service selected and is typically 1 to 5 business days. Please note that production time is still required regardless of the shipping method selected.

Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process at the actual UPS rates.

A physical address is required for shipping as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

HOW TO ORDER:

1-Select your invitation

2-Choose your printing preference from the drop down menu

3-If selecting blank invitations, click on "Add to Cart" and proceed to shopping cart.

4-If selecting printed invitation, choose your ink color, font style and personalization.

5-Click on "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.

6-A proof will be sent via email for printed invitations within 2 business days.

7-Once your approval on the proof is received, production will range between 1 to 5 business day. Shipping confirmation will be sent once the order ships with tracking information.

How long will my order take?

Production times vary between 1 and 5 business days after your order is approved. Shipping time will vary depending you the service selected and the location of the shipping address.

Will you print in other Language? Are there additional fees?

Yes, we will print in other languages, as long as text is provided. Imprintables printed in our facility will not incur additional fees for printing. However, invitations printed directly from our vendors in the links provided may charge additional fees for foreign language printing.

What are the minimum order amounts?

There are no minimum for imprintable invitations. You may order just one if you wish to see a sample before ordering larger quantities. The minimum for Hand Crafted invitations is 10 and favors have minimum requirements specified in the item details. Carlson Craft and Birchcraft Invitations have minimum requirements.

What if I don't like the font once I receive the proof?

No problem. When you receive the proof, you may decide to change the font, the color and even the wording. Once you submit your proof approval, however, no additional changes can be made. Upon request, we will issue a second proof at no additional charge. Additional proofs will be available for a fee of $3.00 per proof. Carlson Craft and Birchcraft Invitations will allow you to see online proofs where you can change your options before finalizing your order.

What if there is an error once we receive the invitation?

If you corrected the error on the proof, and we still did not print it correctly, we will gladly reprint at no additional cost. In some cases, we may require that the incorrect invitations be returned. If the invitation was printed according to an approved proof, we will extend a discount of 10% if you wish to reprint. We are not responsible for errors or corrections not addressed in the proof.

What payment options do I have?

You may place your order online and pay using Visa or Mastercard. Please Contact Us before placing your order if you wish to pay with a check. Any orders paid with personal or company checks will not be processed until funds clear.

Will you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 7% will be added to South Carolina residents only.
